Creative students host first online 'Oscars' awards

Creative media production students at Clarendon Sixth Form College share their work and achievements in first ever online OSCARs evening.

The ceremony traditionally takes place on campus every June, showcasing the best of students’ work created during their studies.

This year, the OSCARs evening was moved online due to the coronavirus pandemic, giving students and parents a chance to celebrate achievements from home.

This event was showcased live via Zoom on Tuesday 23rd June, with a link emailed to both current and prospective students in advance. During the event, work was shown via video, with media production staff narrating throughout.

This show is also being shared online across Clarendon Sixth Form College’s social media and website as part of the college’s ‘Get Ready for College’ campaign.
